MAX-DACH is a complete roofing service — one crew carries the roof from the timber frame through to the last piece of flashing. Pitched roofs are our daily bread: clay and concrete tiles, metal tile sheet, standing seam.
Leave a number — we call back, come out, look at the roof and put a quote together.

Services
A roof is not one job but a dozen that have to land in the right order. That is why we run them ourselves — from the carpentry through to the last downpipe.
Building and repairing the timber frame: rafters, collar ties, wall plates, replacing anything attacked by damp or insects. Treated before it is covered up — because nobody goes back to it afterwards.
Clay and concrete tiles, metal tile sheet, standing seam. Breathable underlay, counter-batten, batten and a covering laid to the laps and centres from the manufacturer’s own instructions.
Chimneys, valleys, eaves, verge boards, abutments. This is where roofs leak first, so our flashing is made to measure rather than forced out of off-the-shelf profiles.
Gutters and downpipes — coated steel, PVC or titanium-zinc. Fitted to a fall that actually moves the water, plus cleaning and replacement of old systems.
Installation of roof windows, access hatches and chimney-sweep steps together with their sealing collars. Cutting an opening into a finished roof is also on the table.
Replacing individual tiles, rebuilding chimney stacks, storm and hail damage, sealing valleys. We come out and look before we quote.
Coverings
Choosing a covering is not a matter of taste but of roof pitch, what the timber frame will carry and the budget. Tap a covering to see when it makes sense.
Fired clay — the most durable of the common coverings and the only one that improves with age. It needs a sound frame, because it weighs what it weighs. Plain, interlocking or Marseille.
How we work
This is every roof we build. Keep scrolling — we will climb the slope together, all the way to the top.
We come out, measure the roof planes and check the condition of the frame and eaves. The quote is itemised — materials, labour, flashing — so nothing gets added halfway through.

Why us
We are not the biggest firm in the region and we do not want to be. We take on as many roofs as we can personally keep an eye on.
The same people from day one until the site is swept. We do not hand the roof to subcontractors halfway through.
Materials, labour and flashing are itemised before we start. If something has to be added you hear it before we do it, not off the invoice.
Before you order tiles we check the pitch and what the frame will carry. Sometimes that means talking you out of the more expensive option.
Waste goes as it accumulates, the ground around the house stays passable, and we do not leave nails in the grass behind us.
Not only whole roofs from scratch. A single tile, a leaking valley, a chimney after winter — we come out and do it.
Rzęczkowo sits between Bydgoszcz and Toruń. Most jobs are half an hour away, including when we have to come back for a snag.
Coverage
Our base in Skłudzewo near Rzęczkowo sits right between Bydgoszcz and Toruń — which is why we serve both cities and everything within a 50 km radius. Our second point is on Nakielska in Bydgoszcz.
Where we go most often
Beyond the radius we can still work something out — on larger roofs the travel is not an issue.

It depends on the roof area, the number of valleys and chimneys, the state of the frame and the covering you choose — the same 150 m² can differ by a factor of two. That is why we come out to measure and inspect first, then itemise the quote: materials, labour, flashing, guttering. Nothing gets added along the way without agreeing it with you.
Clay tile weighs 40–55 kg/m², metal tile sheet 4–6 kg/m² — a tenfold difference. On older roofs we check the section and centres of the rafters and the state of the timber before you order anything. If the frame will not take it there are two ways out: strengthen the structure or move to a lighter covering. We will tell you straight which works out cheaper.
Clay and concrete tiles start at roughly 22°, metal tile sheet goes down to about 9°, and standing seam works from 5°. Below the minimum pitch the manufacturer will not honour a claim, even if the roof looks fine. So we measure the pitch on site rather than guessing it from the drawings.
Early spring through late autumn, above freezing and with no rain on the day of covering. Winter work is possible for repairs and flashing, but underlays and sealants have their own minimum installation temperatures. Emergencies we handle any time — making a roof safe does not wait for the weather.
A typical detached house of 150–200 m² usually runs one to two weeks from battening through to guttering. A frame built from scratch adds several days, and a complicated shape with dormers and valleys can extend the job by half again. We give the timeframe with the quote and hold to it unless the weather intervenes.
Yes, and it is a good share of our work. A few cracked tiles, a leaking valley, a chimney rebuilt after winter, storm or hail damage. We come out to look first — sometimes it turns out that reworking a piece of flashing is enough and the roof does not need stripping.
